"Services" means any or all services provided by or on the Product, and any or all consulting, design, configuration, training or support provided in relation to use of the Product.
"Third Party Links" means links or references to websites other than the Website, to content other than the Content or to materials other than the Materials, none of which are controlled by Us.
"Third Party Service Provider" means a third party, separate from Us or Our company but which provides services that assist Us in serving You. This may include but is not restricted to web hosting, IT services, security services, payment processing, deliveries, customer service, order fulfilment or other services.
"Us", "We", "Our", "the Company" or "the Owner" refers to Brivvio Pty Ltd

We may use this anonymised information, to improve our marketing campaigns, improve the Product or to provide services or technologies to you.
V. Through your use of the automatic captioning (transcription) feature of the Product, You consent to the audio of Your Content being sent to third party services in order to generate text captions for your videos. We do not send any of Your Personal Information with Your audio, however if Your audio includes any spoken personally identifiable information, then this information may be processed and transmitted as a result. We are not responsible for any sensitive or personally identifiable information that you include in Your audio Content.
d. In order to access some specific features of the Product, You may be required to provide some Personal Information. During this process, We collect some of Your Personal Information, in the following manner:

If necessary, the complaints officer may then refer the complaint to another section within Our organisation for consideration.
