You can cancel your subscription at any time. We'd be sorry to see you leave, so please reach out to our support team to see if we can help fix any issue you have, or if we're able to add a feature that you need, before cancelling.
If you purchased via the Apple Appstore:
- Open the Appstore app on your Apple device
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Tap the Brivvio subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
If you purchased via the Brivvio Website:
- Visit the customer hub (click here)
- Enter the email address you used to subscribe (the same email you use to login)
- Tap the "Send me my link" button
- Check your email for an email from "Thrivecart" containing a link to your account
- Click the link to open your customer hub in a web browser
- Click the Subscriptions section
- From here you can see your active subscription and pause or cancel it.
